100 days
Yup, that's how long Jacob's been gone!
It certainly isn't as hard as it was at first but I still miss him a lot. But at least it does get better!
I know I've still got a long time to go before I see my best friend again. And a lot can change before then.
But 100 days does feel like quite the accomplishment.

Words of Advice
If you're behind the times (like I was until Saturday), GO SEE THE AVENGERS RIGHT NOW!
I loved it.
The end.
It's amazing.
That's how Camille sees it.
P.S. I graduate REALLY soon.
P.P.S. on the back of my letter I got a note from Jacob's companion! It says "hey camille elder stanley says hi. if you ever get bored and want to buy someone chocolate I live here as well. It would be greatly appreciated."
I think I need to go buy some chocolate.

Favorite Memory #21: The (In)Famous Pillowcases
Yes, another month has gone by! It was rather long, but at least I did get to talk to Jacob (yay Mother's Day!) and with graduation coming up and things being crazy at work I've been rather busy.
However, now I shall record another favorite memory of Jacob. Most of you have heard of and probably seen the pillowcases. But just in case you haven't, you're in for a real creepy treat.
Last summer I got a job at Arctic Circle. So did my three best friends: Brian, Julie and (surprise!) Jacob. By the time Christmas came around, it was pretty common knowledge that Jacob and I liked (well, still do like...) each other. In the beginning of December we had a work Christmas party. It was a blast! A couple of weeks before the party, we all drew names of people to buy present's for. Though I originally didn't draw Jacob's name, I switched with another girl so I could buy him an awesome pillow tie.
Well. Time drew closer. People started teasing me about buying cardboard cutouts of Jacob (my Jacob, not Twilight Jacob) or "Team Jacob" shirts (I actually did get a "Team Jacob" mug from my parents! It's kind of awesome), things like that. Jacob warned me that the girl who had drawn my name was going to get me something really creepy. When he told me what, though, I didn't believe him. Because it seemed like something they would joke about but not actually go through with.
At the Christmas party I saw the size of my present and became a little concerned. It looked just big enough to fit a pillow.
Sure enough, I opened it and pulled out a pillow with this handsome face on it:
And, because ONE pillowcase with Jacob's face on it just isn't quite enough, there was another one wrapped up under the pillow:
What could we do? Neither of us thought they would ACTUALLY make them. Jacob turned bright red, as did I (but I do all the time so it wasn't as exciting as Jacob turning red) and we just laughed with everyone else.
Though Jacob gave me permission to burn the pillowcases any time I want, I haven't had the heart to yet. Mostly because, despite the creepiness, they are pretty darn funny. They became kind of a joke to everyone I know. Even those who have never met Jacob (from school, etc) have seen the pillowcases. We all laugh, I turn red and assure everyone that I DO NOT USE THESE PILLOWCASES. I promise. Never have, never will. But you've got to admit, these are pretty epic. And just.... so creepy. I promise that these stay in my closet, under many things. The only time they came out is when I'm showing them to people. Because how many people can say they have not just one, but TWO pillowcases with their favorite young man's face on it? Not many.
Not that that's a bad thing...

**First, a little disclaimer here. You must understand that I AM NOT A CREEPY STALKER.**

Mother's Day
I have the greatest mom in the world.
She doesn't know how amazing she is, and there really aren't words to describe it. She taught me pretty much everything I've learned in life! I want to make her proud and I'm afraid I don't deserve how much patience she has with me. But someday I hope to be as wonderful as she is. I appreciate all she does for me and I'm sorry I don't say it more often.
Love you, Mom!
I know this is short but, like I said, there just aren't words....

One month....
Until graduation!!!!!!
I'd like to say that I'm kinda sad about it... but I'm not. Not yet, anyway. Maybe I'll cry at the actual graduation.
But for now....
I'm just super excited! AHHH!
June first, come quickly please!
